Plan Design & Analysis
Our process starts with a detailed review of your current benefit programs to better understand your groups financial and culture goals. We work on fully insured and self-funded plan designs and will develop the perfect mix of solutions to promote wellness and healthier lifestyles for your employees.
We work with your HR/Benefits team to help educate your employees on the details of their plan and become better users of healthcare. We meet with your team quarterly to do a claims analysis to assist in negotiating your renewal. Our service team assists with open enrollment meetings each year to share programs and benefits for the new plan year along with helping you resolve billing and claims issues as they come up.
Preventative medicine may include basic wellness checks and employers may host some of these services onsite: Annual Flu Shots, Blood Pressure Checks, Heart health exams, Biometric Screenings and more.. PB Advisors also works with 3rd party companies to design more detailed wellness programs to address diet and nutrition, physical fitness tailored to your employee population.
